Smart Match and Agent Smart Search Application UX/UI Designs
Developed as a tool for offering subscribers greater access into a bank's process of selecting an agent for the sale of a property, Smart Match began as an overall redesign of an aging workstation interface that was something of a black box to those outside of the lender institution. The task was twofold: to radically change and upgrade the UX of the workstation, so that lenders could see an overall dashboard of any given agent's sales performance. Additionally, an updated social media experience was built into the experience whereby an agent was given a space with witch to market themselves effectively. Getting familiarized with the new system was made even easier by the implementation of a walkthrough or coach mark area. An added product, which I also designed, was the ability for an agent to see where they ranked among other agents in the system (Self Search)
